Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

To pay by credit/debit card - simply select WORLDPAY.

The cards we accept are: Visa, Mastercard, Switch (Maestro), Visa Delta, Solo, JCB and Electron

You can also ORDER BY PHONE ON 07974 624646. Lines are open 9am - 10pm 7 days a week.

Please make cheques and postal orders payable to 'AGEETA' - simply print out the shopping basket and enclose cheque.

Finally, if you rather not pay online, simply select - 'Send Details Separately' and then call us on 07974 624646 with the card details.
Shipping And Handling
UK Standard Delivery is as follows:
For all orders £10 and under, postage will be £2
For all orders over £10, postage will be £4

International Delivery is as follows:
For all orders £15 and under, postage will be £6
For all orders over £15, postage will be £9

Delivery Schedule
Ageeta will endeavor to deliver all ordered items within 3-5 working days, (unless items are handmade to order, therefore delivery details are stated within the product description), once full payment has been received and cleared.

Orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail (or International Signed For) and will require a signature. The person who placed the order may not sign for it (for example when delivered to a work address), however this will still constitute a completed delivery.
Back Orders
If an item is not in stock we will aim to notify you within 24 hours whereby we will offer you the choice of : putting the item on back-order for despatch as soon as it comes into stock, a refund for the item or the chance to choose an alternative item/s instead.
Credit Card Security
Ageeta accepts payments by credit/debit cards (full list below), cheques and postal orders and also credit card payments via Paypal.com for any members there. We have a fully sophisticated on-line processing system for taking credit card payments through Worldpay...one of the worlds largest credit card processing companies.

Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. When you place orders we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

We are sure you agree, that it is worth the extra effort by us to make this site as safe and secure as possible for you to shop with a complete peace of mind.
Guarantee
Ageeta endeavours to supply its handmade accessories following the highest levels of inspection and service. However we do operate a simple returns policy:

* We offer a simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded.

* Please note that bespoke items such as the Hayley Anna collection, which are handmade to a customers specification, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

* No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings for hygenic reasons.

* Please send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).

* Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. Please contact us first for a returns number. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

* We have made every effort to display all our items as accurately as possible. However as colours and images very depending on your own monitor and browser we can not guarantee that products will be as exactly seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths given as close to accurate as possible.

In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, Ageeta reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. The normal price will be offered instead.

* All requests must be within 7 days of receipt.

* Ageeta can cancel any order it feels fit to do so whereupon all paid monies will be refunded in full.
